Western Beavers is a grassroots, volunteer-led campaign of ordinary folks working to support beaver recovery on eastern Oregon landscapes. Our volunteer contributions last year totaled 5,000 hours, with out-of-pocket expenses of $6,500.
To make this work possible in the coming year we could use your help.
Gift directly toward these biggest project costs:
- Field travel for outreach to build relationships and new project opportunities with landowners: $3,000. Meeting people where they're at is a large part of this work to build relationships with rural landowners and agencies.
